Will you be our new Site Supervisor?

ProKarting is the leading European manufacturer of high-end karting circuits. We design, build, and optimize kart tracks across Europe and beyond. Thanks to our in-house engineering, production, and installation, we ensure fast and high-quality project delivery.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Site Supervisor who can truly make a difference on-site.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the key figure on site: the first point of contact for the installation team, subcontractors, and the client.
  • You coordinate the execution of the project: installation, scheduling, site preparation, and follow-up.
  • You work closely with the Project Manager and report on the project’s progress.
  • You guide the team on-site and ensure everything runs efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.
  • You take initiative in unforeseen situations and help find solutions.
  • You help maintain a clean, organized site and are not afraid to get hands-on yourself.

What We Expect From You

  • You have experience as a site supervisor or team leader in a technical or construction-related environment.
  • You are a true team player and coaching leader who brings out the best in people.
  • You have initial experience with assembly or installation techniques.
  • You communicate clearly and are solution-oriented.
  • You have a positive mindset, are stress-resistant, and work independently.
  • You are flexible with time and travel – you enjoy working on location, including internationally.
