01 | Study Phase

The first step is to review the feasibility of the proposed project. We will need plans and pictures of the building, so we can determine if the building is suitable for karting. Once that’s validated, we continue our study.

During a first conversation we want to deeply understand the project and learn all about your vision for the venue. We combine that knowledge with what’s possible and make 3 variants with following information:

Track length
Number of karts that can drive at the same time
Estimation of budget.

This information is crucial for you so you are able to determine the best strategy for your project!

Creating a presentation for your investors

02 | Design Phase

All parameters are fixed now, and we can start designing your circuit. We make sure your track is fun, fluid, and safe for all level of drivers.

We design your track layout from 3 points of view:

Driver
Spectator
Operational team

Once you’re 100% happy with the track project, we can start adding details and all features you would like us to include:

Decorative painting
Lighting features and banners
TV’s
Podium, furniture, …

At the end of this phase, you will have a perfect view of how your perfect track will look like and the budget you will need to realize this project. 3D’s, drive trough videos etc. will help you visualize everything.

03 | Project Engineering Phase

By now you have approved the final design drawings and our Project Management team comes in action:

Determine all technical requirements
Thorough on-site inspection
Creation of detailed work drawings
Create a detailed manufacturing and installation planning
Organize transport
Make the installation planning

Our team of specialists will be in close contact with your local authorities to make sure your track meets all safety requirements.

04 | Manufacturing Phase

At the agreed time, we start the manufacturing process of all ordered components.

05 | Installation Phase

Our team will stay in close contact with all external project partners (Architects, electricity, …) and make a project installation planning in line with the possibilities.

We will make sure your installation will be as fast as possible and we also commit to the planning, whatever it takes!

06 | Support Phase

Once your venue has opened its doors, you will face many operational challenges. We use the “customer for life” approach and will be there to assist you and your team where needed. We can also provide training of operational staff.

We will also keep you informed of all new developments in the karting industry. We prefer to stay in touch.
